For advanced players, this comprehensive (8) week training session will cover:

GUARDS & WINGS:

Focus will be on all aspects of guard play: shooting off the catch, shooting off the dribble, attacking the basket, ball handling, reading defenses and dribble combination moves ....

POST PLAYERS:

Focus will be on: high and low-post offensive moves, defensive positioning, rebounding,

initiating contact, footwork and much more ...

Any player that is a combination Wing/Post is more than welcome to register for both Sunday

G/W & Post Training sessions to make sure all aspects of your game is covered during the (8) week Elite Training.
